Legendary songwriters and producers, Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff joined the show this week to celebrate Philadelphia International’s 50th anniversary. They got the chance to talk Motown’s early efforts to sign them, Quincy Jones’ asking them to join his nascent west coast scene, and creating The Sound of Philadelphia’s own station on Sonos Radio HD. The legendary duo then spin a guest DJ set of stone cold classics.
