Having met while students at London’s Guildhall School of Music & Drama, the duo released a flurry of critically acclaimed singles, remixes, and eps that married classic songwriting with dazzling production and a blatant disregard for genre. On the eve of Jockstrap releasing their excellent debut full-length I Love You Jennifer B, host Elia Einhorn sat down with Georgia and Taylor to discuss their creative process; the influence of rave and electronic music culture of their ethos; and how they originally wanted the album to sound like Abba mixed with Yeezus.
